Prolly last post of 2009

Did some online shopping today. I shopped at Rainbowcatz and Phoophie. At Phoophie I bought three things:

i) Honey Sweets tablet: I have been wanting this forever but never ordered it when I had funds.
ii) Junk sticker sheet: Another thing I have been eying for a while.
iii) Sea Paradise washcloth: I saw this and thought cute.

Shipping wasn't even that bad cost wise.

Next was my shopping at Rainbowcatz I realized how cute the bunny with sweets bag was, so I ordered that. I then made a second order for another bag, this time the yellow one with cats, I already own this one but I am getting a second one to give away (or keep). I found out something interesting, when I put both bags into the cart and proceeded to the checkout the shipping was $6.75. When I put one bag shipping was $1.55.

That will probably be it for online shopping for 2009, unless someone posts something amazing deal-wise on eBay or etsy.

Besides I am going to the mall on Wenesday.....and who knows what I will find :D.

Alphabet!

It was quite a day today, I went to the city with my family and shopped for about four hours.

I got to go to all the Dollar stores I normally don’t get to go to.

From the first dollar store I got:

I) 2 packages of plastic alphabet cookie cutters
II) 2 packages of plastic number cookie cutters

The second store:

I) Three of these neat clay kits that come with the molds or cutters to make the shapes. I never knew the Dollar store sold stuff like this.
II) A package of modeling clay in 12 colours
III) Three packages of tiny stamps, one upper case alphabet, one lower case and the other the months of the year.

The third store:

I) 2 packages of magnetic alphabet magnets
II) 1 package of magnetic number magnets
III) 1 “toy” rolling pin that will be perfect for rolling clay out.
IV) 1 package of plastic alphabet cookie cutters for making clay magnets

All in all quite an expensive day, it was about 16 dollars altogether. Most of the stuff is going to be put away for when I move out.

I still need to purchase one more thing from the second dollar store that I didn’t think I would need, I’m planning on making some magnetic calendars with clay, so they had these cute rubber days of the week magnets that would be perfect.
